Terms of Service

Last updated:

Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using the StreetWell platform (“the service”) you agree to the rules below. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. These terms are an agreement between you and StreetWell Holdings LLC (Maryland) operating the platform on behalf of itself and Rising Gold LLC (Maryland).

Your account

You are responsible for your own credentials. Keep your password private — don’t share your login with anyone, and don’t let anyone else operate the platform under your account. If something happens under your account, we’ll treat it as having been done by you.

If you think your account has been compromised, email dev.mhany@gmail.com and we will help you rotate credentials and review recent activity.

Acceptable use

While using the service, please don’t:

  • Scrape, mirror, or otherwise extract data in bulk that you are not authorized to access.
  • Probe the service for vulnerabilities without first contacting us. We welcome good-faith security research; please reach out.
  • Register accounts automatically, or otherwise create accounts by means other than the normal registration flow.
  • Use the service to harass other users, post unlawful content, or store information you do not have the right to store.
  • Disrupt the service for other users — denial-of-service style traffic, abuse of rate limits, or attempting to exhaust system resources is not allowed.

Service availability

We run the service on a best-effort basis. There is no service-level agreement (SLA). The platform is currently beta quality: we deploy frequently, occasionally take short maintenance windows, and individual features may change or be removed. You should not rely on the service for time-critical work without an independent backup of your records.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). The service is currently provided at no cost, so (a) is typically zero.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if your activity puts the service or other users at risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Where reasonably possible we will tell you why and give you a chance to export your data first.

You can stop using the service at any time. To delete your account, email dev.mhany@gmail.com from the address on the account.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For minor edits (typo fixes, clarifications) we will simply update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top. For significant changes — anything that meaningfully shifts your rights or obligations — we will announce the change in-app and give at least 30 days’ notice before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date counts as acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Both StreetWell Holdings LLC and Rising Gold LLC are organized under Maryland law. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
